BKS KITCHEN PROTECTION SYSTEMS

Kitchen equipment local fire extinguishing system (KELFES) Brand Kitchen Safe is used to extinguish oils and fats at public catering facilities, cafes, restaurants and industrial kitchens. Fire extinguishing is performed locally on the area by the extinguishing agent Prevento®. The objects of protection are the surfaces of flat plates, fryers, fryers, pans with a tilting mechanism, grills, filters of umbrellas and exhaust channels.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

In the event of an ignition of a grill, frying pan, frying pan, brazier and other objects, a mechanical or electrical detection system starts the system. A starting cylinder with a propellant gas is injected, which squeezes out the extinguishing agent through the connecting tube. In this case, the extinguishing agent enters the distribution pipeline through the outlet device and is fed through the nozzles to the surface to be protected. The system consists of the following main components:

  • module "BRAND-KS";
  • distribution pipeline with nozzles;
  • fire detection system (mechanical or electrical);
